Couples Counseling
Most couples don't come to therapy at the start of trouble. They come at the point where their usual ways of fighting, repairing, and reconnecting have stopped working — and the same conversation is happening again, with smaller and smaller relief.
We work with couples at every stage: dating seriously, recently married, decades in, considering separation, navigating a betrayal, raising children, rebuilding trust, or simply trying to feel like teammates again.
What a session looks like
We usually start with a joint session, then one or two individual sessions with each partner, then back together. This gives the clinician a complete picture and gives each of you a chance to be heard separately before the work returns to the room you share.
We draw from Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and integrative approaches. Sessions are 50–80 minutes depending on what's needed. Pacing matters — high-conflict couples often need more frequent, shorter sessions early on.

The first conversation is the smallest version of starting. Our healthcare coordinator answers questions, checks your insurance, and helps you find a clinician who fits — including by language. No commitment, no pressure.
