We accept all insurance — and most plans you've heard of.

If you don't see your carrier on the list below, call us anyway. We can almost always find a way to work with your plan, including out-of-network superbills and case-by-case sliding scale.

Out-of-network care

If we are not in-network with your plan, you have options. Many PPO plans include partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care — we can provide a monthly superbill you submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Our office can help you understand what's likely to be covered before you start.

Sliding scale

If insurance isn't an option for you, please ask. We offer sliding-scale fees on a case-by-case basis, especially for clients in active financial hardship. The conversation is private and respectful — we'd rather find a way than turn someone away.

Telehealth coverage

Most plans cover telehealth at the same rate as in-person sessions. California has strong telehealth parity laws (Bus. & Prof. Code §2290.5), and most major insurers in the state follow them.

What it costs without insurance

Standard self-pay rates are listed in our Good Faith Estimate, which we provide before treatment begins as required by the federal No Surprises Act. See our Good Faith Estimate page for details.

What if my insurance isn't listed?

Call us. We accept all insurance and may still be able to help, even if your plan isn't in our standard list. If we're out of network, we can provide a superbill and many plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health care.

Do you offer sliding scale fees?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. If insurance isn't an option for you, please ask. We try to find a way to work with most situations.

Will my employer or family see what I came in for?

Your treatment is protected by HIPAA and California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA). We do not share treatment details with employers, and family members do not receive information without your written authorization.
