A practice built around the people who walk in.
Pasadena Clinical Group is an outpatient mental health practice serving the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, and Orange County. We see adults, teens, couples, and families across nine specialties and five formats of care.
Care is a relationship, not a transaction.
We are an integrative practice. That means our clinicians draw from approaches that have decades of evidence behind them — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, EMDR for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method for couples, and several more — and apply them to the person in front of them rather than the other way around.
What that looks like in practice: we don't slot you into a fixed protocol. We adjust as we learn what helps. The diagnosis isn't the whole picture. Your particular situation is.
Eight languages, by design.
Our clinicians collectively speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Italian, Arabic, and Armenian. When you reach out, our healthcare coordinator can match you with a clinician who speaks your preferred language. Care that respects your culture starts with being able to talk in the words you actually think in.
LGBTQ+ affirmative care across every service.
This isn't a specialty designation we add to certain clinicians. It's the standard across the practice — every modality, every clinician, every format of care. You shouldn't have to explain who you are before therapy can start.
Built for real schedules and real budgets.
We accept all insurance, run evening and weekend hours, and offer telehealth seven days a week. Sliding scale is available on a case-by-case basis. If money or scheduling has been the barrier — call us anyway. We'll work to find a way.
What we do not do.
Honesty about scope is part of how we earn trust.
Pasadena Clinical Group provides outpatient psychotherapy only. We do not provide medication management — when prescriptions are part of someone's care plan, we coordinate closely with outside psychiatrists and primary care providers. We are not a 24/7 crisis service; for after-hours emergencies, please call 988 or 911.
We are not the right fit for every person, and when we aren't, we'll say so clearly and help you find a place that is. Saying "we're not the right people for this" is, in our view, part of being a good clinical home.
Pasadena, serving Greater Los Angeles and California.
Our office is at 301 N. Lake Avenue, Suite 600, in Pasadena. We sit between downtown Pasadena and the 134/210/110 freeways — most in-person clients commute from the San Gabriel Valley (Pasadena, South Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, San Marino, La Cañada), the Eastside (Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Atwater Village, Silver Lake, Echo Park), the Glendale–Burbank corridor, central Los Angeles (Hollywood, West Hollywood, downtown), and the closer parts of the San Fernando Valley. Parking is on site.
For clients across the Westside, the South Bay, Long Beach, the Inland Empire, Orange County, and the rest of California, our telehealth program is built to feel like the in-person experience: same clinicians, same continuity, same depth of work — across all 58 California counties under our state license.

The first conversation is short.
Most practical questions get answered in the first 10 minutes on the phone. Reach out — we'll take it from there.
