Accessibility Statement

Pasadena Clinical Group is committed to providing a website and services that are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our current accessibility posture and provides a path for users to report issues.

1. Accessibility goals

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the global benchmark, in alignment with:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, as it applies to public accommodations.
  • The California Unruh Civil Rights Act, which incorporates ADA requirements as state-law obligations.
  • Best practices in healthcare-website accessibility.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmarks.
  • Color contrast meeting WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus states.
  • Skip-to-content link on every page.
  • ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and meaningful interactive controls.
  • Form fields associated with explicit labels and error messages.
  • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images.
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preferences.
  • Responsive design that works at 200% zoom and across devices.

3. Known limitations

We work continuously toward full conformance and acknowledge the following potential limitations under review:

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., Google Maps, Cloudflare Turnstile) may have limitations we cannot fully control.
  • Some legacy content may require ongoing updates as we audit each section.

4. In-office accessibility

Our Pasadena office is wheelchair-accessible. Restrooms, parking, and entryways comply with ADA. We can accommodate ASL interpretation, large-print materials, and other accommodations on request — please call ahead so we can prepare.

5. Telehealth accessibility

Our telehealth platform supports screen readers, keyboard navigation, and closed captions. If you experience accessibility issues during a telehealth session, please notify your clinician immediately.

6. Reporting issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in our services, please contact us so we can work to address it:

We aim to respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days with an acknowledgment and a plan for resolution.

7. Last accessibility audit

The most recent accessibility audit was conducted on 2026-04-29. We re-audit at least annually and after significant site updates.

8. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a finished project. We treat user feedback as a primary input and update our practices as standards evolve.
