1. No clinician-client relationship by site visit
Use of this Site does not create a clinician-client, therapist-patient, or provider-patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only through a formal intake process and the execution of treatment-consent documents.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pasadena Clinical Group, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
9. Dispute resolution — mediation, then arbitration
Step 1 — Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at office@pasadenaclinicalgroup.com with a written description of the issue and to allow at least 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.
Step 2 — Mediation. If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Los Angeles County, California, before a mutually agreed neutral mediator (or one selected by JAMS). Each party bears its own costs of mediation.
Step 3 — Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA under their then-current rules, in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Pasadena Clinical Group waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. This dispute-resolution clause does not apply to disputes that, by law (including certain healthcare-quality complaints), cannot be subject to mandatory arbitration.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any non-arbitrated proceeding shall be in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed treatment documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pasadena Clinical Group regarding your use of the Site and supersede prior agreements.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
