Pay your bill
If you've received an invoice or balance statement from our office, you can pay it here. If you have questions about a charge, please call our billing line at (626) 354-6440 before paying — we'd rather sort out anything unclear first.
Note: This form is a placeholder pending payment processor integration. Submitting it does not currently process a payment. To pay today, please call our office at (626) 354-6440 and we'll take payment over the phone.
What we'll set up before launch
Once a payment processor is selected (Stripe, Square, or a healthcare-specific processor like Rectangle Health), this form will:
- Tokenize the card on the processor side — the site itself will never store card numbers.
- Send a receipt by email immediately on success.
- Match the payment to your patient account using the ID provided.
- Be PCI-DSS compliant out of the box because we use the processor's hosted fields.
